I haven’t met a mom yet that doesn’t use spaghetti as their go-to quick meal, when they are too tired to cook or too unmotivated to look for ingredients in their kitchen. Who doesn’t love spaghetti?! It’s cheap, simple, and quick to make, plus it’s super tasty! Sometimes it can get boring, so what do you do when your kids and your husband whine, “Spaghetti again?” I have an awesome recipe for a creamy cheesy spaghetti bake! Its spaghetti – but with a creamy twist and it is so tasty! You could even freeze this meal in a tin foil dish and bake it later for those really lazy days (I always have them!)
- 1 box of spaghetti noodles
- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
- ground beef (1-2 lbs)
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Start your noodles boiling and cook your ground beef. Strain the grease from the meat and add in your sauce until it is heated through. Spray a glass pan or foil lasagna pan with some cooking spray. Add your noodle to the pan. Add the cream cheese to your meat and sauce and stir in until completely mixed. Layer sauce mixture onto noodles. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes and enjoy!. You could also store in the freezer and bake at a later time. I hope you enjoyed this super simple “mom meal” and trust me its delicious! your family will definitely love it. Don’t forget to subscribe for more yummy recipes and fun ideas!
